The Depots are checking in with their final reports and we're consolidating them and uploading data to BackerKit.
Status of shipments:

US – We believe a few dozen orders remain to be shipped
China & Asia: Fulfillment will be processed starting March 1st

MISSING DIE IN ROLLING HEIGHTS

CONSTRUCTION ZONE!
All building sites have an element of chaos, and Rolling Heights is a huge building site! We realized this week that one of the components listed on the box and in the Kickstarter was not included as planned.
Rolling Heights has a solo mode, and the rules and tokens for solo mode are included in the box. However, those rules rely on a standard 6-sided die which we listed as an included component, but it is not included.
We’re going to have to ask you to forgive us for that omission. Luckily there’s nothing special about the die that is missing. You can use any six sided die. We appreciate your understanding. The cost of shipping out a die for every unit of Rolling Heights that has been manufactured would be prohibitively expensive, and its absence shouldn’t be a hardship for anyone.
As a way of apologizing for that mistake, we’re going to offer you a credit worth 20% off any order you make via our online store (alderacstore.com) in the month of February. Please use coupon code RHKS1SAFETYFIRST (all one word, in caps, no spaces) at checkout in the store to apply this discount. It cannot be combined with other promotional prices or coupons.
(Our store does not ship to the UK or the EU at this time but we're hoping to have a solution for customers in those regions in the first half of 2023)
Also, we’re going to donate $1,000 to Habitat for Humanity, the organization that builds homes for people experiencing homelessness.

Pledge Manager Closing for Rolling Heights on December 2nd 2022

FINALIZE ADDRESSES NOW
Rolling Heights is booked for shipment heading towards the fulfillment Depots around the world. Now is your LAST CHANCE to change your address for delivery. After Friday December 2 address changes will not be possible and you will need to make arrangements to receive your order at the address you have on file for your order.
We will process outstanding credit card payments due on Monday December 5th. You do not need to take any action. If your credit card is not able to be processed, BackerKit will notify you via email.
We expect to fulfill this campaign in January. Our next Update on this project will be made when the product has arrived at the US and EU Depots (typically it gets to the others before those).

We've just published an Update on our ongoing Production & Fulfillment, including Rolling Heights!
Rolling Heights is in production and we are reviewing samples from the factory. Expect this campaign to be fulfilled in January of 2023.
Production Milestone Update!

Another milestone is complete! We have received printed color proofs for Rolling Heights.
During this phase the developer, members of the production team, and a few others savvy people examine the entire game printed out on glossy paper and check it for errors.
This is our last chance to make sure nothing out of the ordinary is happening (pages upside down, colors being wrong, etc.). The best part of this process is that physical copies can be printed soon! We know that waiting for Kickstarters can feel long, but we are working to get you your copies as soon we can.
We can’t wait for everyone to get their copies of this game and start rolling their meeples! Once we've completed the review we will then work with the factory on a timeline for production which will generate our next major milestones.
We update alderac.com/kickstarter with the progress of all our campaigns and that is the best place to see the most recent status updates!
