Will you ship “EU Friendly”?
We will ship the products into Europe to our Depot with all customs and duties prepaid, and from that Depot to you. You should receive your order without having to pay any additional fees to your local government customs office. If you normally receive “EU Friendly” Kickstarter Rewards without any monies due you should not owe anything when you receive the shipment from this campaign.

Is VAT/GST/Sales Tax included?
You will see a VAT, GST or Sales Tax amount added to your order for shipments into the UK, EU, Canada and into certain US states where AEG is obligated to pay sales tax. These taxes will be calculated and paid in the Pledge Manager. Due to various complexities unrelated to Kickstarter but directly related to where you will receive your order we cannot produce an estimate of these amounts during the campaign. You will be able to log in to the Pledge Manager and see a total delivered cost and request a 100% refund of your Kickstarter Pledge until we begin fulfillment.

What is the Pledge Manager? Can I manage Add-Ons and multiple Rewards with it? Can I upgrade my Reward with it?
The Pledge Manager is a tool that we will use after the Kickstarter campaign has ended to finalize your order. You will be sent a link to the Pledge Manager via the email address you have registered with Kickstarter. The Pledge Manager will allow you to upgrade your pledge, select Add-Ons (if any are offered), and calculate shipping costs. You’ll be able to add additional Rewards to your order as well. We expect to open the Pledge Manager two to three weeks after the campaign ends.
Pledge Managers are 3rd party tools and are not operated by Kickstarter and don’t connect to your Kickstarter profile. Purchases made on the Pledge Manager will not be reflected in your Kickstarter backer information, including campaigns backed.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. You can get a 100% refund within 14 days of the close of the campaign. Thereafter we can refund 92% of your pledge (a full refund minus the Kickstarter and payment processing fees we cannot recover). You can request a refund any time before your Reward is shipped.
We offer 100% refunds for backers who believe that the total delivered cost of the game is unsatisfactory up to the time of fulfillment of Rewards.

Yes - the pledge manager will be open for Late Pledges after the campaign ends for anyone who wants to place an order - regardless of the amount you pledged or did not pledge during the campaign.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
